I wasn't redirected to the confirmation page and could not finish my transaction. What should I do?

If you weren't redirected to the confirmation page, chances are you have disabled pop-up notifications or have installed a pop-up blocker extension on your browser. Pop-up blocking sometimes stops the transaction flow; thus, the payment cannot be initiated. Try turning off extensions that may cause this, or try another browser and initiate the transaction again.
