Here's what you should do if you haven't been redirected to the confirmation page and couldn't complete your transaction

If you weren't redirected to the confirmation page, chances are you have disabled pop-up notifications or have installed a pop-up blocker extension on your browser.

Pop-up blocking sometimes stops the transaction flow; thus, the payment cannot be initiated. Try turning off extensions that may cause this, or try another browser and initiate the transaction again.
