The most common case for this issue is the wrong hostApiKey value used in the widget configuration code, or lack thereof. Using production API key on our demo environment or vice versa will also reproduce this issue.

Remember using API key specific to the:

- production: https://app.ramp.network

- or demo: https://app.demo.ramp.network environment using the hostApiKey parameter together with the base url.
