For non-U.S. based persons, the promoter of the Survey is Ramp Swaps Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 11850124 with its registered office at 5th Floor, Gilray House, 146-150 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NL (“Ramp Global”).

Ramp US and Ramp Global are referred to collectively as “Ramp”.

By entering the Survey and or related questionnaires, participants (“Participants”) in the Survey indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Survey is offered by Ramp to residents of countries where such surveys are allowed by the laws of those countries and where Ramp Services are permitted by law, regulation, or Ramp policy as outlined in the Ramp Global Terms of Service.

By participating in the Survey, you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is legal in any jurisdiction that applies to you. To be eligible to participate in the Survey, the participant must be of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

Ramp reserves the right to require Participants to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release upon request from Ramp. Participants must also have an active email account and internet access at the time of entry in order to be eligible to participate in the Survey and all other related Survey activities.

The Survey is conducted by Ramp in Intercom platform and www.useberry.com or Google forms. Ramp is not responsible and bears no liability for any claims that arise out of your use of any third-party software platform in the performance of a Ramp Survey.

Ramp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Survey or the Website; to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions; to be acting in an unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, as determined by Ramp at its sole discretion. Any use of cartel, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified from participating in the Survey.

Ramp’s decisions in respect of all matters to do with the Survey will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This Survey is in no way sponsored or endorsed by any third party including any platform where information about the Survey is shared, promoted, and or distributed.

This Ramp Survey is anonymous and we do not collect any of your personal data. Ramp choose participants of this survey by localization, number of transactions etc. but these data do not allow Ramp and any other entity to recognize the participant.

Participation in the Ramp Survey is voluntary and without any compensation. Ramp sends an email to Ramp users that agreed to receive any marketing information, and survey requests.

Ramp reserves the right to cancel or amend the Survey and these terms and conditions without notice for any reason including anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any event outside of Ramp's control.

If for any reason this Survey is not capable of being conducted as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Ramp, corrupt or affect the administration, security, integrity, or proper conduct of this Survey, Ramp reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Survey.

Ramp shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions and such change shall be effective immediately.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: RAMP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, LOST, ILLEGIBLE, MISDIRECTED SURVEY ENTRIES, AND DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ITS WEBSITES. RAMP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY, COMPUTER ONLINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, FAILURE OF ANY E-MAIL OR ENTRY TO BE RECEIVED BY RAMP ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, HUMAN ERROR OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF. The Survey and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be in the competent courts of England & Wales, and Ramp and Participant hereto hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue for this purpose.

In case any of the clauses will be declared void, the other clauses won’t be affected and will continue to be valid and applicable within the limits of the Law.
