SURVEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are Ramp Network and we operate internationally to allow you to seamlessly exchange digital assets for fiat and fiat for digital assets. Ramp Network entities are listed in Section ‘Promoter’ below and together are referred to as “Ramp Network”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.

These Survey Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all surveys initiated by Ramp Network (“Survey”) unless otherwise indicated. By entering the Survey, you (“Participant”, “your” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ramp Network may offer Surveys to residents of such countries where surveys are allowed by law.

By participating in the Survey, you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is legal in any jurisdiction that applies to you. To be eligible to participate in the Survey, you shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

We reserve the right to require Participants to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release before participating in a Survey. Participants must also have an active email account and internet access at the time of entry in order to be eligible to participate in the Survey and all other related Survey activities.

We may conduct Surveys using a dedicated platform or a third-party tool. We are not responsible and bear no liability for any claims that arise out of your use of any third-party platform or tool.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant if we find out, in our sole discretion, that the Participant (i) tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Survey; (ii) acts in violation of these Terms; (iii) acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of cartel, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified from participating in the Survey.

Ramp Networkʼs decision in respect of all matters to do with the Survey will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Survey is in no way sponsored or endorsed by any third party including any platform where information about the Survey is shared, promoted, and or distributed.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Survey and these Terms without notice for any reason.

Surveys are anonymous and we do not collect any of your personal data. Participation in the Survey is voluntary and without any compensation. We will contact you regarding your participation in a Survey if you agreed to receive marketing communications from us.

Any feedback you provide to us is deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you or any other person.

RAMP NETWORK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, LOST, ILLEGIBLE, OR MISDIRECTED SURVEY ENTRIES, AND DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ITS WEBSITES. RAMP NETWORK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY, COMPUTER ONLINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, FAILURE OF ANY E-MAIL OR ENTRY TO BE RECEIVED BY RAMP NETWORK ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, HUMAN ERROR OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF. RAMP NETWORK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE CAPTURE OF INFORMATION OR THE FAILURE TO CAPTURE SUCH INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY WEBSITE USERS, TAMPERING OR HACKING, OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE SURVEY. RAMP NETWORK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PARTICIPANTS OR TO ANY OTHER PERSONʼS COMPUTER RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE SURVEY. IN NO EVENT WILL RAMP NETWORK, ITS AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SURVEY, ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE WEBSITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE WEBSITE AND IN THE SURVEY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON- INFRINGEMENT.

Unless expressed otherwise or inadmissible by law, these Terms and all documents and contractual rights and obligations arising in relation to the Survey, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes in connection with them.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that clause shall be severed with the remainder of these Terms remaining in full force and effect.

Ramp Network shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and such change shall be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Ramp Network website.

If you reside in the United States, the promoter of the Survey is Ramp Swaps LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered office at 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, County of Kent, DE 19901.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, the promoter of the Survey is Ramp Swaps (Ireland) Limited, incorporated in Ireland, with its registered office located on the 6th Floor, 2 Grand Canal Square Dublin 2 D02 A342, Ireland.

If you reside anywhere else, the promoter of the Survey is Ramp Swaps Limited, incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered office located on the Fourth Floor, Verse Building, 18 Brunswick Place, London, United Kingdom, N1 6DZ.

None of the information we provide during Surveys or related activities is or should be treated as financial advice. We do not make investment recommendations and our Surveys do not constitute any offer or solicitation to offer, or recommendation of any investment. We do not take into account your individual needs, investment objectives and specific personal financial circumstances. We are not affiliated with any digital asset offered for sale and trading in assets is at your own risk.
