Updated over a week ago

Occasionally, your off-ramp transaction may fail due to rare technical issues or if your bank doesn't support the payout method you selected.

Will I receive a refund for a failed transaction?

If you’ve received an email notifying you that your off-ramp transaction has failed, don’t worry your transaction is already being processed for a refund.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Crypto refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your wallet. The term "business days" refers to any day from Monday to Friday when normal business operations are conducted. Rest assured, you will receive an email confirmation once the refund is fully processed. Additionally, you can track the status of your refund using the transaction receipt.

What to do if I my refund is taking longer than expected?

In case you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first, make sure that the crypto was indeed deducted from your wallet.

If you’re sure that you sent us coins for a transaction that wasn’t processed, please reach out to our support team with the transaction hash of your missing transfer. The transaction hash will help us trace your transaction and resolve the issue promptly.
