Extra checks required: transactions can suffer unexpected delays if, for any reason, we have to conduct extra checks.
Manual bank transfers take longer: typical manual transfers take 2-3 business days to clear. For some German banks, this time can be as much as 6-8 business days (bear in mind that these are estimates only; the actual time depends on your bank).
Network congestion: some blockchains may get congested during times of extreme usage, causing delays that are beyond our control.
KYC limit exceeded; if you exceed your KYC limit, we'll require additional verification depending on the transaction amount (check your email for instructions). Our team must manually review your documents, and approval may take some time.
Technical error; it's not you, it's us: in some cases, the delay might be due to a technical issue on our end. Don't worry, your funds are safe, and our dev team will get your transaction back on track ASAP. Sorry!
