Most transactions on the Ramp platform settle within minutes; however, this rule has some exceptions. Below are some typical reasons why transactions might be taking longer to settle:
1. Flagged Transaction
One of the reasons could be that your transaction was flagged, which requires further review and only takes 1 business day.
2. Network Congestion
With more transactions occurring on the blockchain, this can cause unexpected delays beyond our control.
3. Exceeded KYC Limits
In this case, additional verification will be required depending on the transaction amount (check your email for instructions).
4. Technical Error
Sometimes technical issues appear; our dev team is always on the lookout and ready to fix any sudden issues. We want to remind you that your funds are safe, and soon your transaction will be back to being processed once all errors are resolved.
