What should I do if I'm having difficulties with the imaging quality of my document?

If you're experiencing difficulties with the quality of your document images, consider these steps:

  1. Update Your Browser: Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version for optimal performance and compatibility.

  2. Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies may resolve issues related to image uploading.

  3. Check Your Settings: Ensure your camera is set to high resolution and that the document is well-lit to avoid glare or shadows.

  4. Try a Different Browser: Switching to another browser can sometimes improve image quality and address compatibility issues.

  5. Use Another Device: If possible, capture and upload your document using a different device. This can help if the current device's camera or settings are problematic.
