To receive payouts from Ramp, the card or bank account must be owned by and under the same name as the user selling the cryptocurrency. This policy is in place to maintain transaction security and comply with regulatory requirements.

If the bank account owner's name doesn't match the name on your Ramp account, the transaction will get rejected. In case your crypto was already sent to us, we will issue a refund. Please note that crypto refunds may take up to 10 business days.
