When selling crypto through Ramp Network, you might receive a different amount of payout than initially quoted due to factors beyond our control. Here are the main reasons why your payout might differ from the indicative quote for your transaction.

📉 Crypto price volatility

The value of cryptocurrency can fluctuate between the time you initiate the sell transaction and when the payment is processed. The final amount you receive is based on the crypto price at the time your transaction is executed, which may be higher or lower than the initial quote.

🏷️ Our fees

Our fees can vary depending on the payment method you select. We ensure transparency regarding our fees and how we set the final payout amounts so you know what to expect. You can check our fee structure in this article: What are the fees for selling crypto at Ramp Network?

🏦 Additional bank fees

Certain banks may charge additional fees for processing your payout, particularly if the transaction involves international transfers. These fees can affect the final amount you receive. It’s advisable to check with your bank to see if such fees apply.

💱 Fiat currency exchange fees

If your local currency isn’t directly supported by Ramp Network, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee, which can impact your final payout.
