How do I close my account?
Logged in users can find the option to close their account under the profile section of their account. The profile can be accessed on web by clicking on the profile icon in the top right of the view. Once in the profile, the option to close the account can be found under “preferences”.
Clicking on the close account option will present you with a confirmation screen that explains the process and consequences of closing your account. To proceed with closing your account you will need to confirm on this page, or you can cancel the process.

What happens when I close my account? / Will you remove all of my data when I close my account?
IF you proceed with closing your account, we will remove all surface level account data that we are able to, such as:
you won't be able to view past transactions
any saved payment methods will be deleted
your personalized settings will be reset
saved wallets will be removed
To meet legal and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, we must keep some securely encrypted records for up to 5 years.

You will then be logged out of your account, and won’t be able to access it again.
Is there a way to revert a closed account to active again?
No, once you have closed your account, the only way to continue using Ramp network is to create a new account.
