How can I check the status of my transaction?

You can track your transaction status in real time via your transaction receipt.

Where can I find my transaction receipt or check the status?

The easiest way to view the status of your transaction — and access your receipt — is by logging into your account:

  1. Log in to your Ramp Network account -> ramp.network/buy.

  2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Transaction history from the profile menu.

  4. Find your transaction in the list and click on it to view full details and download your receipt.

What if I closed the Ramp Network widget and can’t access my account?

You’ll also receive a transaction confirmation email from Ramp Network. This email contains a link to your receipt and shows the current status of your transaction.

Look for an email with:

  1. For crypto purchases: a subject line that includes the word "purchase" and the cryptocurrency you bought, for example, "BTC purchase".

  2. For crypto sales: a subject line that includes the word "sale" and the cryptocurrency you sold, for example, "WLD sale".

Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
