How do I check the status of my crypto purchase on Ramp Network?

How to check your crypto transaction status on Ramp Network, handle failed transactions, and get important details on refunds and receipts.

After completing your purchase, you’ll be automatically redirected to your transaction receipt within Ramp Network’s application. It’s a good idea to save this receipt and take note of the transaction ID, as it can be helpful if you need to contact our support team.

Additionally, once your transaction is completed, you will receive an email confirmation containing all your transaction details, including a link to the transaction receipt. If you haven’t received this email yet, don’t worry - your purchase is likely still being processed, and the email will be sent as soon as the transaction is finalized.

What to do if your transaction fails

If your transaction fails, you will also receive an email with information about the failed transaction, along with the transaction receipt.

If you’ve already been charged for a transaction that fails, this usually means your bank has placed the amount on hold. In such cases, the bank will typically process a refund automatically within 3-10 business days. If the refund hasn’t been processed within this timeframe, please contact your bank first.
